OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

Our Educational Background/Qualifications: We are very confident to inform our clients and learners that all our facilitators/teachers are qualified, certified and professional teachers in their various disciplines/fields.

Our Mode of Operation: We work strictly based on what our clients want (either by giving us their school's curriculum/scheme of work) or we alternatively, draft/draw our workable private/home lesson timetable, based on the consensus reached between us and our clients; which is usually done with due considerations to suit/be most convenient to both parties (i.e., for us and our learners).

                    NB: In the case of any change of time or arrangement that may arise as a result of other appointments or functions; we should be informed 48hrs before the day. Else we won’t be held down for any makeup class.

Duration of Our Lessons: Our private home lessons usually last for a maximum period of one hour (for KG/Montessori/Nursery pupils); and maximum of two hours (for Primary school pupils and Secondary School students).

Mode of Payment: Payments are to be made into the company’s bank account via transfer, bank deposits or otherwise, a properly cleared/authorized Cheque be issued in the company’s name. Advance payments are acceptable.

Complaints/Feedback: In order for us to serve you better and also grow in this business, we are always open to/for your positive and constructive criticisms and suggestions. Expectations/Anticipation: We look forward to a pro-effective and result-yielding teaching and learning with you.

Our Charges:

o   For Secondary School students, we charge Eighty Thousand Naira (₦80,000) per student per month.

o   For Primary school pupils, we charge Eighty Thousand Naira (₦80,000) per pupil, per month.

o   Then, for KG/Montessori/Nursery pupils, we charge Thirty-five Thousand Naira (₦50,000) per pupil, per month.

o   While for adult education tutorials, we charge based on the areas of demand; but usually within the range of Fifty and One Hundred Thousand Naira (₦50,000 & ₦100,000) per month.
